Salt and light, Monday to Friday.
You weren't just called to a job. You were sent with a purpose. But living your faith at work isn't always easy. Salt & Light is Chantry's deepest tone: a daily companion for Christians who want to live out their faith on the job, on the hard days and the ordinary ones.

Faith isn't hardest to live on Sunday. It's hardest on an ordinary Thursday.
The pressure to hit the number. The difficult boss. The colleague who finds you naive. The promotion that went elsewhere. Competing priorities, and the quiet sense of being the only one.
Devotional apps are good on Sunday and silent on the job. Wellbeing apps are good on stress and silent on meaning.
Salt & Light meets you in between: honest about what faithfulness at work costs, and practical about how to keep it.
Your workplace is your mission field.
Every conversation, decision and interaction is an opportunity to reflect Jesus. Not with a technique, and never by treating a colleague as a target. Light shows in how the work is done.
The most hours
Around fifty waking hours a week at work: more than with family, and far more than at church.
The widest contact
For most believers, work is where they meet more people who don't share their faith than anywhere else.
And the least equipped
Many of us quietly believe our working hours are the part of the week that doesn't count. They do.
"You are the salt of the earth… You are the light of the world."Matthew 5:13–14
Go into all the world, including the Monday meeting.
Salt & Light is for people who make their faith known at work, or are ready to start. It assumes the commitment, and deals with what keeping it costs. Where it matters, every piece is rewritten from scratch.

Base Camp
Ten minutes before something hard: a difficult conversation, a review, the day after a layoff. Plus one card only Salt & Light sees: Before You Share Your Faith.
The Field Guide
Start from a junction, like Work as mission or Running on empty, or search for the problem in front of you. Short, honest readings drawn from trusted voices on work and faith. Hundreds are rewritten as standalone pieces for a believer already known at work.
Growth Trails
Multi-week journeys on one hard thing: burnout, a difficult manager, when the job ends. Including From Ordinary Work to Sacred Calling.
Trail Markers
Thirty seconds for the exact situation you're in, tagged by industry. Every marker carries its own Salt & Light guidance.
The Daily Walk and Older Ground
A daily story of an ordinary person doing one thing well, closing with a verse. The Daily Walk takes you through Scripture in seven-day series, and once a week Older Ground reads Scripture as a workplace.
The Trail Log and Journal
First Light, Last Light and The Long View. Over months, your Trail Journal becomes a private record of how God has met you at work.
All of it keeps growing, with new trails, sessions, entries and markers added all the time.
Rooted in the fruit of the Spirit.
Every trail, entry, prompt and daily card is filed under one of the nine. It's the structure of the library, not a decoration.
Patience is tested by the colleague who won't move. Self-control by the email at eleven at night. Faithfulness by the years nobody is watching.
Faithfulness isn't free. We don't pretend it is.
Salt & Light doesn't spend its time persuading you to believe. It takes the commitment you've already made seriously, and walks with you through what keeping it costs:
Show up. Keep the Sabbath.
Trail Rhythm counts the days you show up, with rest days built in, and in Salt & Light a rest day can be a Sabbath Day. No coins, gems or rankings against other people. Nothing is ever taken away.
And when a day is more than hard, help is one tap away: a crisis line, your employer's assistance program, or your pastor.

A companion for the days between Sundays.
We built Chantry because we believe faith was never meant to stay home on Monday. Kim has led teams for more than twenty-five years and has always seen that work as part of a larger mission. Jeff is a rocket scientist who has spent his career living out his faith at work. We both know how hard work can be, and how easy it is to believe the hours we spend there don't count.
Chantry isn't a church, and it isn't trying to be one. It sends you back to yours. It's simply a companion for the rest of the week, so that the people God has sent into our workplaces can find their footing there, and bring goodness and light with them.
