Most of us don't burn out on a mountain. We burn out on an ordinary Thursday.
Therapy and coaching do deep, lasting work. But most of what shapes us at work happens between sessions: in the hard moments, and in the everyday ones too.
Chantry meets you in both, with short daily practices that help you through today and form who you're becoming.
Five minutes on a full day. Twenty when you want to grow.
Check in for five minutes when the day is packed, or settle into a 20-minute Growth Trail session when you have room to go deeper. Use as much of Chantry as the day allows.

Growth Trails
Guided multi-week journeys for burnout, a hard manager, a layoff, career direction and finishing well, each written for where you are in your career.
The Field Guide
A deep library of short, practical entries on leading well, working with people, finding purpose and getting through the hard days, drawn from some of the most trusted voices on work and faith. Look up what you're facing, or browse for what you want to grow in.
Base Camp
Prep cards for one specific hard moment: a difficult conversation, an interview, the day after a layoff. Breathe, plan, then walk in.
Trail Markers
Short prompts for the exact situation you're in, tagged by industry, from healthcare to the trades to ministry.
Daily and weekly content
A small practice for today, a word of encouragement for the week, and stories from people further along the trail. Little steps that, over time, form who you're becoming.
The Trail Log
First Light in the morning, Last Light in the evening, The Long View each week, and a Trail Journal that keeps every entry together.
All of it keeps growing, with new trails, sessions, entries and markers added all the time.

Where the trail starts.
We each came to Chantry from our own path. Kim has led teams for more than twenty-five years, convinced that faith was never meant to stay home on Monday and that our workplaces can be healthier, more human places where people flourish. Jeff is a rocket scientist who has spent his career living out his faith at work. We both know how hard work can be: the difficult boss, the burnout, the seasons when you're just trying to hold on. And you can't pour out what you don't have.
We named Chantry after Chantry Flats, a trailhead above Sierra Madre, California, where we've both spent countless hours praying through mission and calling, and where, time and again, we've come back down the trail renewed. When fire swept through it in 2020, it was heartbreaking. Today it's green again and full of new growth, a picture of the restoration that can come to hard places, our workplaces and our own hearts included.
